We built Juno as a mobile app to enable you to use it wherever you go (or lie in bed with your baby ;-)) and have an easy access to all features. Web apps are not as easy to use as native apps, so we created a native app to provide you with the best user experience. So, no, you can not create memories in Juno on your computer, but you can access the memory book builder there.
